LOVE ME OR LEAVE ME – MTB PROGRAMME

At Vittoria, we understand that choosing the right MTB tire is very important. With different types of terrains and changing weather conditions, it can be difficult to pick the correct tire and tread pattern for your ride.

This is why we offer you the ‘Love me, or Leave me’ 30-day product return policy.

How it works:

1. Visit your local Vittoria official reseller to get hold on one of the selected 30-day exchange tires. Selected Vittoria MTB tires can be identified via the gold “30-day return – Love me or leave me” sticker
2. Enjoy the ride on your new Vittoria tires.
3. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your selected Vittoria MTB tires, return the item, along with the original sales receipt to the original place of purchase within 30 days for a product exchange. Replacement product (Vittoria and competitor brands ) depends on product availability in the shop of purchase and must be for the same value or higher.
4. In case of return, then you will be required to fill in a short questionnaire explaining your reason for returning the product.

What the 30-day Vittoria MTB Programme does cover:

• If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your selected Vittoria MTB tires, return the item, along with the original sales receipt to the original place of purchase within 30 days for a product exchange. Replacement product depends on product availability in the shop of purchase and must be for the same value or higher.
• Selected Vittoria MTB tires can be identified via the gold “30-day return – Love me or leave me” sticker.
• Models included in the programme are the latest versions of the; Peyote, Mezcal, Barzo, Gato, Morsa, Martello and Mota. See MTB Tire Selection Guide.
• If you experience a product default which would fall under a normal warranty. We will replace your purchased product.
• The 30-day guarantee product time starts from the moment that you have purchased your Vittoria tires.

What the 30-day Vittoria MTB Programme does not cover:

• The 30-day MTB exchange programme does not apply to Vittoria OEM tires (i.e. tires that come fitted to bicycles).
• The 30-day MTB exchange programme only applies to selected Vittoria MTB tires and excludes rigid/wire bead tires. 
• Used items must be cleaned before returning them. If you send tires that are not cleaned, we will return them to you at your expense.
• 30-day MTB exchange programme tires can only be exchanged for Vittoria tires or tire brands at the store of purchase. The value must be the same or higher.
• The programme does not include a money-back guarantee.
• A selected Vittoria MTB tire cannot be exchanged for the same model and size if nothing is faulty with the product.
• You can exchange your Vittoria MTB tire for a maximum of one time only.
• The programme does not override a normal warranty or protection under local consumer law.
