• This program is conduct by Ride 100% distributor Malaysia (SLM Bicycle) and can be canceled or amended at any time without notice.
• If your sunglasses has been involved in an accident, it can be replaced at a reduced price up to 3 years after purchase date.
• Judgment is up to the authorized dealer and Ride 100% distributor Malaysia.
• The replacement will always be the same model as the original or the nearest current equivalent if the original is no longer available.
• When the same colour sunglasses is no longer available, the customer will be sent an alternative colour from the current range.
• Ride 100% Malaysia recommends dealers to provide a 40% discount off the current MSRP of the helmet you’re being supplied as a replacement.
• The 40% is based on the value of new product purchase or the purchase price of the existing product which is claiming for the crash replacement, whichever is lower.
  • For example, if the crashed ABUS helmet was purchased at RM1,000, the owner will be entitled for RM400 (40%) off the new ABUS product purchase if the new product is priced more than RM1,000. If the owner is purchasing a new ABUS product which is priced at RM800, he/she will be entitled RM320 (RM800 x 40%).
• The claim is valid in all Ride 100% authorized dealers Malaysia or SLM Bicycle only.
• This program is strictly valid to Ride 100% authorized dealers in Malaysia only.
• The crashed sunglasses is required to return to SLM Bicycle.
